Eligibility Criteria for PERA Jobs
Educational Qualification
1- STRIKE Posts (SPPP-4 & SPPP-5):- Matriculation from a recognized BISE
- Minimum 6 months training from a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) or Armed Forces
- At least 10 years of experience in LEAs or Armed Forces
- Intermediate (FA / FSc or equivalent) from a recognized board
Age Limit
Senior Sergeant & Sergeant (STRIKE):- 35 to 50 years
- 18 to 26 years
